These terms apply to the game Kaboomers: Tank Duels. By installing or playing it you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not play the game.

The game

Kaboomers is a turn-based tank artillery game. You can play the campaign, challenges and matches against the computer on your own device, play a friend on the same device, or play a friend on another device online by sharing a room code.

Your progress

• Your progress, coins, achievements and settings are saved only on your device. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes them, and we cannot restore them for you.
• Coins, paints, tracers and other in-game items are earned by playing. They have no money value, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money, and belong only to the game on your device.

Online matches

• Online matches are played with people you choose, by sharing a room code. Share codes only with people you want to play.
• Do not interfere with the game's server or with other players' matches, for example by sending it messages that are not from the game, overloading it, or trying to join rooms that are not yours.
• Online play is offered as is and may change, be interrupted or end. A match can be lost if a connection drops for too long.

Acceptable use

Do not use the game to break the law or infringe anyone's rights. Do not copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the game, or use its art, music or code outside the game, except as the law allows.

Ownership

The game, its name, art, music and code belong to Kaboomers. Installing the game gives you a personal, non-exclusive licence to play it on your devices; it does not transfer ownership of anything in it.

Google Play and other stores

If you get the game from Google Play or another store, that store's terms also apply to your download, and to any purchase and refund. If a later version offers purchases, they will be handled by the store under its own refund policies.

No warranty

Kaboomers is provided "as is". We work to keep it fun and reliable, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from playing the game, including loss of progress.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do, and continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.
